Privacy Policy
BuildSignal AZ provides commercial project research for businesses. This notice explains what information the service collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a territory test, we collect the company name, contact name, work email, commercial service category, selected territories, project preferences, and any business constraints you choose to provide. If a campaign link brought you to the site, the request may also store its campaign labels, landing path, and referring page.
Signed-in operator and client areas receive identity information supplied by the platform, such as the authenticated account email, so access can be restricted to the correct workspace. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps.
How we use information
- Evaluate and prepare requested commercial territory tests.
- Respond about BuildSignal services and working pilots.
- Match reviewed projects to a client's stored business criteria.
- Protect the service, diagnose failures, and maintain audit records.
- Measure which campaigns produce qualified business requests.
Public-record project information
BuildSignal uses government permit and planning records for commercial research. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, or changed by the issuing jurisdiction. BuildSignal keeps source and review states visible and does not treat a public filing as proof that work is available.
A workspace may include a company name reported by an official source and a verified public business website. BuildSignal does not use this feature to supply consumer contact data or unverified personal email addresses.
Sharing and selling
BuildSignal does not sell the business contact information submitted through the territory-test form. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, authenticate, or operate the website. It may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Retention and choices
Business request records are retained while the request or client relationship is being evaluated or serviced, and as needed for security, operational history, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the territory-test form and begin the project-criteria field with “Privacy request.” Do not send payment, consumer, confidential, or sensitive personal information.
Advertising and measurement
BuildSignal currently records campaign labels submitted with the territory-test form for first-party attribution. Third-party advertising or remarketing tags should not be activated until the related account settings and consent requirements have been reviewed. This notice will be updated if those practices materially change.
Security and scope
The service uses encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation, access-controlled operator and client routes, and a managed database. No system can guarantee absolute security. BuildSignal is intended for business users and is not directed to children or consumer-lead collection.
